real-time, valuable travel information to clients 24 hours a day, seven days a week. With this innovative tool, you can e-mail hyperlinks to itineraries and other travel information directly to your clients, adding even greater value to the quality services you already provide. And because Sabre Travel Network hosts the site, there’s no extra work and your agency doesn’t incur any additional cost.

The Sabre Virtually There Web site enables you to send an itinerary co-branded with your agency’s logo, contact information and marketing message. When you provide your clients access to the site, they’ll have instant online access to their travel data 24 hours a day, seven days a week for up to 24 hours after last day of travel. Your clients can access their online graphical itineraries and other travel information from the instant you book their trips in the Sabre system.
How does it work? After booking your clients’ travel plans in the Sabre system, just three simple steps are required to generate e-mail messages containing direct hyperlinks to their itineraries. Your clients will receive an e-mail message from your agency containing direct hyperlinks to their graphical itineraries at http://www.virtuallythere.com. The itinerary will update instantly when changes are made to the travel plans. Real-time data, such as gate assignments and flight departure/arrival times is always displayed. Electronic Document Delivery
With E-Ticket Receipt and E-Invoice features, your clients can enjoy the ease of instantly viewing and printing their online documents. You no longer have to mail or fax documentation associated with e-ticket bookings. Your clients will receive links to their e-ticket receipts in e-mail notifications. Access will also be available via links in their itinerary.
Access Anytime, Anywhere with Wireless
Virtually There also works with wireless, handheld devices. Your clients can view their itineraries, weather information, flight schedules and gate assignments anytime, anywhere via their wireless handheld devices.
In Their Hands
Your clients can take their Virtually There information and itineraries with them wherever they go. All they need to do is download it to their calendar software supported by such devices as Palm®, Blackberry® or Microsoft® CE mobile devices.
Calendar Updates
The Organiser Download feature enables your clients with the ability to download their trip details to their desktop calendar software. Their organizers are automatically updated with their trip information. The feature is compatible with Microsoft Outlook™, Lotus Notes® and Palm Desktop®.
Online Maps
Your clients can request point-to-point driving directions to locations in their itineraries with the Driving Directions feature, increasing overall trip satisfaction.

Technical requirements
- Travelers can access their itinerary and trip information online from their Internet browser.
- Mobile access is also available via cellular phones and wireless handheld devices such as Blackberry® and Wireless Palm®.
- The Add To Calendar feature is compatible with Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes and Palm Desktop.
