For Sabre Red Users
Introductory Level: Suitable for consultants with a minimum of one month in-agency experience, providing them with basic PNR skills so they become valuable team members within your business as soon as possible.
Conversion Course: For consultants switching from another GDS or airline reservation system, streamlining their transition to Sabre to contribute faster to your desired business outcomes.
Sabre Ticketing / Refunding / Exchanging: For consultants in IATA locations issuing their own tickets, to further enhance their skill set when ticketing. Productivity at it’s best to improve your business efficiency.
Specialised Courses: Utilising the resources of Sabre’s global contacts, in the one PNR
Cars: How to book, modify and cancel hire-car bookings around the world.
Hotels: How to book, modify and cancel hotel bookings around the world.
Negotiated Fares (TSAX agents only): Gaining the most from your own fares in the Sabre system. Streamlined and practical.
For Travel Management System users - both ClientBase and Sabre Agency Manager
Consultant Courses: Providing the skill set to manage customer data at both the individual and company level. Making sure that your consultants have the information they need to make the right travel decisions for your customers. Professionalism and competency levels to suit your business needs.

What are your Learning Options?
Sabre Pacific’s training is available to you via a selection of optional delivery methods.
Classroom Training: Tried and true - this is still the best method of providing your consultants with the most productive sets of information in the shortest time frame.
Virtual Training: Relevant, specialised one hour bursts via telephone hook-up, without your consultant ever leaving your office. Each of the participants "logs-in" to our Virtual Training System and is able to interact with our Trainer. Short, fast, effective.
Sabre Personal Trainer: A range of over 150 courses, available to you 365 x 24 x 7 - online. Full course descriptions are available prior to commencement including expected duration (20 minutes to 2 hours). Sabre Personal Trainer will provide you with a suggested Training Plan (if required). It keeps track for you in your own Personal Trainer Profile and even issues certificates upon successful completion - all without leaving your office!
Where are our Training Locations?
Sabre Pacific offers classroom training in all major Australian and New Zealand cities.
Our Virtual Training and Personal Trainer programs are available to you anywhere from a PC as long as you have an internet and Sabre connection. Virtual Training also requires a telephone line as it is delivered live by a Sabre Trainer over the phone.
